Housekeeping opportunity in a Residential Home.

Hours; 40 hours per week working shifts as necessary to meet the business requirements.

Salary - £18,137.60 per annum dependant on experience, skills and qualifications.

The candidate:

The candidate should have experience in a similar role within a residential setting, though not essential. The individual will have a passion for what they do, and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, a good work ethic and capacity to work alone or as part of a team.

Housekeeping provides a fundamental part of our team ensuring that in our home we create, a caring homely environment so our Adults and team can enjoy happy, comfortable surroundings

Your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all daily work schedules are completed on time and to the standards required.

Maintain the highest level of cleanliness.

To comply with all statutory and legal requirements such as Health and Safety and COSHH regulations along with compliance Health and Safety at Work, along with the companies own Policy guidance.

Ensuring all equipment is maintained, cleaned and stored. Any faults in equipment reported to the Home Manager/ Maintenance Manager.

Working closely with other team members and management team.

Ideally you will have some experience within a similar role and/or a care home setting but most importantly that you have the right attitude and are a compassionate and caring person.
