£14,459.60 per annum - £14,800.00 per annum dependant on experience.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with the teachers and guide students during structured and non-structured sessions. you'll also work closely with the individuals that we support on all aspects of their educational needs, including developing their domestic and social skills, personal care, and encouraging individuality, confidence and self-esteem. You’ll also ideally have relevant work or life experience in a similar environment where you can apply your skills in this new role.

In addition, it would also be great if you have:

  • An awareness of Positive Behaviour Support ( PBS )
  • Experience of Autism, trauma, emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Full UK driving licence
